Swiss Hill was founded in 2015 and specializes in the placement of alternative investments, co-investments, and sponsored and non-sponsored direct investment opportunities to institutional investors. Investments focus primarily on niche, non-correlated opportunities and private credit.
The team has a vast network and experience raising assets from endowments, foundations, pensions, family offices, RIA’s and consultants. Swiss Hill’s approach is based on identifying and evaluating high quality managers with firmly established investment philosophies, processes and competitive advantages.

Richard T. Lieberman

Mr. Lieberman is the Founding Partner of Swiss Hill and leads the fundraising efforts across the firm’s fund managers.

Mr. Lieberman was previously the Former Head of Business Development at Atalaya Capital Management (recently acquired by Blue Owl.) Over an eight year period, he was responsible for the development of Atalaya’s first marketing department. Mr. Lieberman led the multibillion dollar fundraising success across the firm’s investment platform from endowments, foundations, pensions, family offices, RIAs, and consultants. During his tenure, Mr. Lieberman was the 2010 recipient of Institutional Investor Foundation & Endowment Money Management’s Marketer of the Year Award.

Prior to joining Atalaya Capital, Mr. Lieberman was a Vice President at Ramius where he was instrumental in the implementation of the firm’s first marketing and client service department. Mr. Lieberman started his career in the Institutional Marketing Department of Bear Stearns Asset Management.

Mr. Lieberman received his B.B.A from The George Washington University, School of Business and Public Management. He is Series 7 and 63 licensed. He also works closely with Earth Angels Canine Rescue, a 501(c)(3) non-profit canine rescue and adoption organization established to rescue abandoned and abused dogs in the New York state area.

Jeffrey S. Mettel

Mr. Mettel is a Partner and leads the firm’s co-investments, sponsored and non-sponsored direct investments efforts.

Mr. Mettel was the Former Head of Capital Introduction for the Americas at BNP Paribas. At BNP Paribas, he managed a team of ten employees tasked with driving new prime brokerage and trading business and deepening the firm’s relationships with institutional investors.

Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Mr. Mettel was Co-Founder and Director of Research at Muirfield Capital Management, a $1.25 billion fund of hedge funds. The firm launched with $10 million and successfully grew to over $1.25 billion, employing a staff of 21. During his tenure, Muirfield was nominated for several awards including the 2004 Fund of Fund of The Year. Mr. Mettel began his career as an investment banker in the Media, Entertainment and Communications group of Prudential Securities and also worked at The Jordan Edmiston Group.

Mr. Mettel earned a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA in both Economics and Marketing at Columbia Business School, where he was elected to the International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma. He is Series 7, 24 and 63 licensed.

William J. Greco

Mr. Greco is a Senior Advisor to Swiss Hill Advisors and is involved with the firm's fundraising and business development across institutional investors, as well as endowments, foundations, and family offices.

Mr. Greco was previously the Head of Investor Relations at Mountaineer Partners, a Long Short Equity fund focused on Industrials based in New York. Prior to Mountaineer, he was the head of marketing at Dwight Securities Management, where he raised capital for a CMBS fund and private real estate credit fund. In addition, Mr. Greco held senior roles in Capital Introduction at Weeden Prime Services, Jefferies, Lazard and Bank of America. Mr. Greco began his career in private client sales at Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Greco earned a BBA in Finance from James Madison University where he was class president for two years. He also earned a Master of Science in Finance from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

Edward J. Kim

Mr. Kim is a Senior Advisor to Swiss Hill and is engaged with the firm's clients across marketing and investor relations activity.

Mr. Kim was previously Head of Investor Relations at Hudson Executive Capital, an equity investment firm centered around shareholder engagement and constructive activism. While at Hudson, Mr. Kim raised capital for the flagship fund as well as a number of dedicated co-investment vehicles, helping to grow the firm from $300 million in assets under management to over $2 billion at its peak. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Kim was a Vice President on the BNP Paribas Capital Introduction team, fostering relationships with hedge fund investors and focused on building business with prime brokerage clients and prospects.

Mr. Kim studied biomedical engineering at Columbia University and received a B.A. in Economics from the City College of New York.

Alrick T. Palmer

Mr. Palmer oversees Swiss Hill’s data coordination and contact relationship management activities.

Mr. Palmer previously served in customer relations at Ideas Unlimited, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company located in Texas. Prior to Ideas Unlimited, he was a customer relations supervisor at Conduent (formerly known as Xerox International.) At Conduent, a BPO, Mr. Palmer supervised a team of over 10 employees on the Amazon.com consumer service account.

Mr. Palmer attended The University of Technology, Kingston Jamaica (Utech). As an active member at the Leo Club of Clarendon, he volunteered with on projects in and around the parish of Clarendon Jamaica. He also won an award for Outstanding Performance in Membership Growth and Community Service.
